What does channel at optimal level mean?
Every day I will share at the recommended social media frequency (How often you should post on each social media channel) for your social media channel(s).
An example of what might be optimal for your social media:
- 5 tweets on Twitter (25 per week)
- 1 post on Facebook (5 per week)
- 5 pins on Pinterest
- 1 post on Instagram (5 per week)
- 1 post on LinkedIn (weekdays)
This is purely the starting point as I will test and refine, customising your optimal schedule.
How I manage social media remotely
Monthly social media reports
We will agree, what your goals and how these will be measured when we start. I will then send monthly reports that are easy to read so that you can see how your social media is performing.
Our initial chat will be on the phone (Skype, Google Hangouts whatever your preference is) then going forward I’ll insist that we have weekly 15 minute calls to keep up communication. I’ll also send through regular weekly emails with what I am currently focusing on and to get your priorities.
I can also meet in person if you prefer if you are close by. There are clients I haven’t met until 9 months into running their social media channels. And website clients I’ve never met face to face.
I will curate content from other sources that I think will appeal to your audience. Initially sending 10 for you to review before I begin on your social media. This will check you are happy with the tone and how it fits with your brand. Once you are happy with the type of content I will be sourcing, I will start posting for you, testing, refining and reporting monthly.
What I need from you
Any photos, news, events, anything that is happening in your business that I can then share on your channels. This can be via email, WhatsApp, Google drive and/or Dropbox.
